Seit einigen Jahren gibt es im Blue Note die Reihe Take Note – The Songwriter Sessions, die von dem Musiker Dan Riley ins Leben gerufen und mit großem Engagement aufgebaut wurde. Nach dieser intensiven Zeit zieht Dan sich nun erst einmal etwas ins Privatleben zurück. Das Hosting übernimmt ab sofort die wunderbare Marie-Sophie Kanske von der Band Sea of Love, sodass die Reihe in seinem Sinne weitergeführt wird.
Take Note bietet Singer-Songwritern eine Plattform, ihre Musik in einem etablierten Club zu präsentieren – egal, ob am Anfang ihrer Laufbahn oder bereits mit Erfahrung auf der Bühne. Die Abende finden monatlich statt. Der Eintritt ist frei, wir empfehlen jedoch eine Spende, die zu 100 % an die Künstlerinnen und Künstler geht.

For several years, the Take Note – Songwriter Sessions at Blue Note have been hosted and curated by Dan Riley, who created and developed the series with great dedication. After this wonderful period, Dan is now taking some time to focus on his private life. From now on, the hosting will be taken over by the wonderful Marie-Sophie Kanske from the band Sea of Love, ensuring the series continues in his spirit.
Take Note provides a platform for singer-songwriters to present their music in an established venue – whether just starting out or already experienced on stage. The evenings take place monthly. Entry is free, but we recommend a donation, with 100% of the proceeds going directly to the performing artists.
