Anton Hultquist Trio from Sweden, a young and driven power trio with a heart in groovy, energetic blues, also drawing inspiration from soft rock and modern influences. Their sound carries the expressive spirit of bluesrock tradition with a touch of the energy that Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughan and Eric Clapton brought to the scene. In 2024 they won the Swedish Blues Challenge which led to their attendance at the European Blues Challenge 2025 in Split together with the blues elites in Europe.
They’ve also been nominated to ”Band of the year” and ”Live band of the year” on the Swedish blues scenes and won the Åmål Blues junior prize after the latest years successes.
