About the concert
The Lajos Meinberg Trio, consisting of three up-and-coming musicians from the Berlin jazz scene, stands for modern, creative music that is curious and fresh, without neglecting tradition. Lajos Meinberg, a multi-award-winning jazz pianist, has been studying at the Jazz Institute Berlin since 2020 and has played with renowned musicians such as Rodney Green and Doug Weiss. Together with Morten Larsen on bass and Ugo Alunni on drums, the trio brings a unique sound to the stage in their own compositions and interpretations of a wide range of music.
