aMUSE

Two voices merge in an empty room – the two singers Karoline Weidt and Kilian Sladek have been working together musically under the pseudonym “aMUSE” for three years. Her debut program “singing poetry” focused on atmospheric poem settings. Her second program “REVERB” was created as part of a joint artist residency at Villa Waldberta on Lake Starnberg, between Bergen and Waldn. Inspired by the acoustic phenomenon of the Hall, aMUSE dedicate themselves to different sounds, musically and lyrically.

Nathan Carruthers on percussion and drums brings groovy elements to the sound world.
