About the concert
Betina Quest has its roots in Burundi, a small country in East Africa. She was born and raised in Germany and has lived in five countries on four different continents. The multiculture in its veins inspires the stories in its pen and shapes the soul of its sound; a multifaceted collage of Afro-Soul and electronic elements.
She documents the journey of life, love and learning in two digital EPs and her debut album "room in a room". Her upcoming album is dedicated to her parents. It addresses their history of migration, the life between two cultures and the challenges that are often overlooked and remain unspoken. With Loop Station, Synthesizer and Sampler, she creates an unforgettable one-woman show.
Betina Quest is new territory for many ears, but home to many emotions. Take a journey to the known unknown.
