About the concert
Depth, round bass tones and delicate, melodious heights. The Loreen Sima Trio takes its audience into a fascinating musical world. The focus is on Loreen Sima, who combines her fundamental bass playing with her charismatic voice and creates a unique sound space through her compositions. In her current program she plays with the different timbres of the double bass and electric bass as well as the acoustic and electronic piano. This variety combines them in different variations to create a lively and dynamic band sound.
Loreen Sima moved from Stuttgart to Dresden in 2019 for her studies, where she got to know and appreciate the drummer Heinrich Eißmann and the pianist Victor Möhmel. Since 2023, the band has been playing on stages all over Germany and plans to record their debut album the following year.
