Linda Jozefowski Trio

Linda Jozefowski is an eclectic Polish-Swiss flutist who explores a wide range of musical genres, from jazz to Indian music, electronica, hip-hop, experimental and classical music. The interest in unusual rhythms leads her to study and explore the music of different cultures. Inspired by India, Africa and the Middle East, her compositions are based on odd polyrhythmic patterns, grooved bass lines and flowing harmonies that make complex elements readable.

Their first album "For my Dead Folks", released by Unit in 2011 and featuring vibraphonist Jean-Lou Treboux, drummer Maxence Sibille and double bass player Charly Vilmart, combines modern jazz compositions with South Indian rhythm patterns.

Their new album FOCUS NATURAL with the Swiss pianist Malcolm Braff, the drummer Diego Pinera, the double bass player Marion Ruault and the saxophonist Domenic Landolf will be released on the 20th. January 2023 by Unit.
