About the concert
In the examination of selected pieces of the Great American Songbook as well as own compositions, the Leipzig Quartet’s view is directed towards the future. Under the influence of the tradition of Black American Music, Alma Trunk (trumpet), Joshua Reinfeld (drums), Frederik Kleimann (double bass) and Oskar Hentschel (tenor saxophone) strive to tell a personal story.
