About the concert
Desmadre Orkesta was founded in 2013 in Buenos Aires by six musicians from a theatre production. The line-up with three brass, accordion and a rhythm group arranges folk melodies and traditionals from the Balkans, Colombia, swing, jazz and Argentine milonga virtuoso and danceable new. The band has toured throughout North and South America, Europe and Asia, and their album Vendaval was nominated for Best Album of the Year at the 2019 UK Latin America Awards.
In the live performance, performance merges with music: Desmadre Orkesta dances, interacts with the audience and transforms every stage into an energetic street parade.
