About the concert
Michael Kornas Quartett
On the way from Pfaffenhofen to Munich and then to Krakow, where Michael Kornas is now an integral part of the local jazz scene, he has found his very own sound between Leberkäs and Piroggen, which can be assigned to modern jazz.
Together with several award-winning and renowned musicians of the Polish jazz scene, the “Michael Kornas Quartet” was created. The focus here is on empathy for music. Various musical concepts, memorable melodies and new sound colours merge into an authentic work that should touch and inspire the listener. Michael Kornas currently lives and works in Berlin.
