About the concert
The Lucas Rauch Organ Trio brings together three distinguished musicians into a sonically and stylistically striking formation. Together with Steffen Greisiger on the Hammond organ, drummer Lucas Rauch lays the powerful foundation of the band. For this program, guitarist Lars Kutschke completes the ensemble with his unmistakable sound and completes the line-up for the classic organ trio.
The trio presents a varied repertoire that is deeply rooted in the tradition of classical organ trio sound and reinterprets it through contemporary influences – a balanced mixture of groove, richness of timbre and improvisational joy.
