About the concert
The Gal Dornay Band is the new trio of guitarist Gal Dornay. Gal and his band will take you on a musical journey ranging from the “sweet” swing-era melodies of Duke Ellington and Benny Goodman to the refined melodies and rhythms of Bebop while experiencing the magic of Bossa Nova sounds.
In addition to lovingly interpreted classics, the trio also presents their own compositions, which reflect the individual style and creative handwriting of the musicians and give the program a fresh, personal touch.
Inspired by such greats as Joe Pass, Wes Montgomery, Charlie Parker, Jim Hall and many others, Gal and his band members promise an exciting time for anyone interested in jazz and music in general!
