Groove Merchants

• Sebastian Sprotte - tenor saxophone, flute
• Lucas Kemmler - guitar
• Timon Krämer — Bass
• Bastian Menz - Drums

The Groove Merchants are Lucas Kemmler (Git, HH) and Sebastian Sprotte (Sax, DD). They are a dynamic duo from the far north with many kilometers on the musical speedo. Growing up in Schleswig-Holstein, they met in the LandesJugendJazzOrchester there and now play together in several projects. The duo will be expanded by Hamburg jazz students Timon Krämer (bass) and Bastian Menz (drums) to form a quartet.

The four musicians dedicate themselves with their current program to the music of Micheal Brecker, Bob Berg and Mike Stern and present their own compositions.
