Against the backdrop of her family musical imprint, she developed her own listening habits, which also affect her current musical work. She is currently studying at the Jazzinstitut Berlin.

Jakob Reisener (*1997) grew up in a family of North German musicians and first played the violin, shortly afterwards the piano was added. After many experiences in classical music with orchestras, choirs and chamber music, he eventually got to know and love jazz. Therefore, in 2017 he decided to study at the Jazzinstutut Berlin, where he will graduate this summer.

Otis Sander (*1999) is a double bass player living in Berlin. After sticking to the parents' turntable at the age of 6, his fate was sealed. Otis is currently studying at the Jazzinstitut Berlin.

Dominik Witte (*2000) is a drummer and percussionist living in Berlin. He came early, at the age of 6 to play drums and since then brings all his musical interests into his playing. Among his role models he names Brian Blade, Kendrick Scott and Julian Satorius. In various constellations, he participates in groups in the soul, pop, techno and jazz sector. Since 2020 he has been studying with Heinrich Köbberling at the Jazzinstitut Berlin.

With her voice as an instrument, Mia Gjakonovski sings and writes airy, honest pieces, shaped by influences from the Balkans and role models such as Gerald Clayton, James Francis and Gretchen Parlato.

The band’s music spans a wide variety of genres, draws inspiration from the folklore of North Macedonia and dynamically pairs it with their love for modern jazz.

This creates versatile songs that, sometimes with lyrical lyrics and sometimes without words, convey exciting feelings.
