About the concert

An expressive voice, touching texts accompanied by piano sounds. The singer-songwriter NELAVIE returns to the origin of a melody with her compositions, reduced to voice and piano and transports honestly catchy lyrics. In 2017 she released her first live session with the song “Kein Netz”, which deals with freedom, balance and what it is like to stand alone. Following this, her single “Tick Tack” appeared and now there is again replenishment with her current single “Ein Stück Moment”, which describes life at least as touchingly.

With her current song "Part-time Feminist", which she performed live at the ORF Funkhaus, she reached the 2nd anniversary. Place at the FM4 protest song contest, with which she stimulates reflection and attention to blind spots in everyday feminism.

My song is meant to remind you that feminism is not just a label you can stick on and then you are a feminist. It’s a movement we all need to make together – it includes reflecting, talking about and listening to one’s own actions!

Behind NELAVIE is Magdalena Fibich. Born in 1990 in a village with just 160 Residents in Lower Austria, she grew up in a musician family (father)
