Seit fast drei Jahrzehnten steht das Blue Note für stabile, hochklassige Live-Konzerte. Einmal im Jahr gehört der Abend einer festen Tradition: der Open Mic Night. Open Mic – Sing What You Like.

Im Mittelpunkt stehen Groove, Funk und Soul, dazu Jazz, Hip-Hop und Beats. Eine eingespielte Band, offene Bühne, kurze Wege. An diesem Abend verwandelt sich der ganze Club in eine lebendige Tanzfläche – dicht, laut, direkt.

Host Mirko Glaser und die Open Mic Band mit Sven Helbig, Tom Götze, Lars Kutschke und Keyboard tba bündeln 20 Jahre Open-Mic-Erfahrung. Heraus kommt ein kompaktes musikalisches Gemisch aus Funk, Soul und Hip-Hop, mit New-York-Anleihen und viel Dresdner Szene.

For almost three decades, Blue Note has stood for solid, high-quality live concerts. Once a year, the stage belongs to a long-standing tradition: the Open Mic Night. Open Mic – Sing What You Like.

The focus is on groove, funk and soul, plus jazz, hip-hop and beats. A tight house band, an open stage, close contact. On this night, the entire club turns into a vibrant dancefloor – packed, loud, direct.

Hosted by Mirko Glaser with the Open Mic Band featuring Sven Helbig, Tom Götze, Lars Kutschke and keyboards tba, bringing together 20 years of open mic experience. The result is a dense mix of funk, soul and hip-hop, with New York references and a strong Dresden scene.
