Blue Note Dresden
Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen
As at 28 October 2026 · Draft for the local preview
1. Scope and Contracting Parties
These General Terms and Conditions apply to attendance at events at Blue Note Dresden, provided that Blue Note itself is the organiser and the terms were validly agreed upon at the time the contract was concluded. Individual agreements take precedence. For events organised by other organisers, the contractual relationship is governed by the details set out in the relevant offer and on the ticket. The organiser’s details are set out in the Imprint.
2. Admission, prices and tickets
Whether an admission charge applies, an event is held on a donation basis or advance tickets are available is specified for each individual event. When purchasing a ticket, the specific offer and the total price stated therein are decisive. If purchasing through an external sales outlet, please also note their details regarding the contracting party, payment processing and terms and conditions.
For events requiring a ticket, you must present a valid ticket upon entry. A seat is only guaranteed if it is expressly included in your booking. Please note the published admission and start times, as well as any special information relating to the concert in question.
3. Cancellation of events with a fixed date
Under Section 312g(2)(9) of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is generally no statutory right of withdrawal for contracts concluded at a distance relating to leisure events taking place on a specific date or within a specific period. This applies in particular to concert tickets. Voluntarily agreed return options, as well as statutory rights in the event of cancellation or non-performance in accordance with the contract, remain unaffected by this.
4. Changes, rescheduling and cancellations
Information regarding changes will be published alongside the relevant event details. In the event of a rescheduling or cancellation, please follow the instructions provided there regarding the next steps. If you wish to claim a refund, please contact the ticket outlet where you purchased your ticket in the first instance. Your statutory rights against the relevant contracting party remain unaffected.
Whether a change to the programme, cast or timing gives rise to a right of withdrawal, a refund or other claims depends on the agreed service and the statutory requirements. These terms and conditions do not exclude such rights across the board.
5. Admission, protection of minors and conduct
The statutory regulations on the protection of minors apply. Please have suitable proof of age to hand in case an age check is required. Please also note the entry requirements announced for the evening in question.
All guests are expected to treat one another with respect. Violence, threats, harassment and discriminatory behaviour will not be tolerated. Weapons and other dangerous or legally prohibited items must not be brought onto the premises. Escape and emergency routes must be kept clear; safety instructions given by staff must be followed.
In the event of specific dangers or serious breaches, the management may exercise its right to refuse entry or to exclude a guest. Such measures must be objectively justified and proportionate in each individual case. Any claims for payment or reimbursement are governed by the relevant statutory provisions.
6. Volume and personalised support
Live music can reach high sound levels. Wearing suitable hearing protection and keeping a safe distance from the speakers will help to protect your hearing. If you have any questions about access, seating or bringing a companion, please contact us before your visit. This will allow us to clarify the specific arrangements for the evening in question.
7. Photographs, audio and video recordings
Recording must not infringe the rights of performers and other guests, nor must it disrupt the running of the event. Please clarify in advance with the organiser and the relevant rights holders any plans for professional recording or the publication of concert recordings. Please observe any specific recording instructions on site.
Simply attending an event does not constitute blanket consent to the recording or publication of your image. Recordings made by the organiser are subject to the relevant legal requirements and the information provided in this regard. You can find information on the processing of personal data at Data protection.
8. Personal belongings and liability
Please keep an eye on your personal belongings. Hand in any items you find to a member of staff and, if you lose anything, enquire via our contact details. Liability and claims for compensation are governed by the statutory provisions; these terms and conditions do not provide for a general exclusion of liability.
9. Enquiries and Contact Details
If you have any questions about these terms and conditions, about a visit or about a specific event, you can contact Blue Note Dresden via Contact & Directions. If you have any enquiries regarding a booking, please state the event title, the date and the point of sale. The full operator details are included in the Imprint.
