ORIAN
ORIAN
ORIAN is the moniker for Irish born and Berlin based multi-instrumentalist, songwriter and artist Joey Ryan. Drawing influence from his roots in Irish indie pop music, with a newly developed love for electronic music, ORIAN is guitar melody based, modern atmospheric pop; delivered with strong, catchy vocal toplines. A new journey for the songwriter who started out on the Irish music folk scene in 2011.
As a solo act, Joey has released two full length albums in 2012 and 2016, both of which received positive reviews and radio exposure in Ireland. His 2014 self released single Stay Strong peaked at number 1 on the Irish iTunes charts, and was released with heavy radio playlisting to support charity group Breast Cancer Ireland.
Als Tour-Künstler hat er Konzerte mit Künstlern wie Bastille, George Ezra, JET und Two Door Cinema Club sowie als Headliner-Act in Irland, Deutschland, Schweden, Finnland und Dänemark gespielt, allein 2016 mit über 100 Konzerten zur Unterstützung seiner letzten Platte.
Jetzt mit seinem neuen Projekt und einem frischen neuen Sound sucht ORIAN nach einem Zuhause, um seine Musik 2019/2020 zu veröffentlichen, die derzeit mit dem renommierten irischstämmigen Berliner Produzenten Ciaran O'Sean (Linkin Park/Frank und Walters/Rush) aufgenommen wird.
