Daniel Hirth Quartett
Contemporary Jazz mit genreübergreifenden Einflüssen – das ist der Sound des Daniel Hirth Quartetts.
Bestehend aus dem Gitarristen und Namensgeber Daniel Hirth, dem Tenorsaxophonisten Max Rademacher, der Bassistin Lisa Wulff und dem Schlagzeuger Moritz Hamm, verbindet die aus Hamburg stammende Band Klänge und Rhythmen aus verschiedenen musikalischen Welten.
Die Haupteinflüsse des Gitarristen liegen im Modernjazz, der Klassik und der Popmusik.
Gemeinsam kreieren die vier Musiker:innen einen modernen Sound, der von der individuellen musikalischen Ausdrucksstärke und dem aufmerksamen Feingefühl lebt. Dabei entstehen intime und zerbrechliche, aber auch energetische und groovige Kompositionen.
Im Juni 2020 erschien Daniel Hirths Debutalbum „Auf ein Wort“, auf dem vom Trio bis hin zum Quintett verschiedene Besetzungen zu hören sind.
