Leonida

LEONIDA

The quartet LEONIDA combines jazz, pop and electronic elements to create an atmospheric and narrative sound. Former BuJazzO singer Anja Daumerlang and pianist Jan-Peter Itze (winner of the Burghausen junior prize, Kemptener Jazzspring) rely on a close integration of expressive lyrics and thoughtful compositions.

The music of LEONIDA invites you to immerse yourself in stories that life writes. The band moves between finely nuanced harmonies, improvisational freedom and modern sounds that combine jazz tradition with contemporary pop and electro aesthetics.

Vocals: Anja Daumerlang
Keys: Jan-Peter Itze
Drums by Max Autsch
Bass: Thomas Eilingsfeld
