KRiSPER

KRiSPER

KRiSPER is a Berlin-based ensemble around the pianist, composer and band conductor Adi Stoenescu. The band brings together some prominent musicians of the current jazz scene: Omri Abramov on saxophone, Francesco Beccaro on bass, Dima Bondarev – one of the most outstanding jazz trumpeters in the city – and Martin Krümmling on drums, semi-finalist of the renowned Thelonious Monk competition.

KRiSPER moves at the interface of jazz, rock, pop and indie. The sound is multi-layered, effective and at the same time deeply rooted in improvisation. In 2024, the band was heard at several major festivals in Romania and performed in Berlin, among others at the B-flat, the Donau115, the Schlot and Peppi Guggenheim.
