Glotze

Glotze
The music of GLOTZE is new, challenging and of powerful wisdom. The four act closely together in this difficult to play and always coherent music. You grow to a certain degree of overwhelming. The Orthodox is not the measure of things. Provoke, pronounce and be on the way. This music has contour and consistency, it is precisely built and becomes more plausible with each listening. Nothing felt obscures one’s own in this urgent research on sounds that condense into an astonishing relevance.
The simple truths are not enough. GLOTZE unsettles, opens doors behind which new ideas keep popping up. This is not satisfied, wants more, is intense, structured and challenging. Here a new band announces itself, emphatically, gruffly and unconsumed. New music away from routines, fresh and cheeky, researching and demanding. There were certainties yesterday. Here we go. What remains is sensuality and emotionality. GLOTZE pushes us out of our comforts, invites us into the open.
