The Modern Jazz Trio Tri O'Marío stylistically combines elements of jazz and fusion with a dynamic interplay and plenty of space for improvisational interaction. The band consists of Bertram Liebmann (organ), João Lucas Moreira (guitar) and Theo Wolf (drums). The three musicians met during their jazz studies at the Nuremberg University of Music.
Tri O'Marío presents his own compositions, which are characterized by clear structures and vibrant sound colors. Influences of artists such as Medeski Martin & Wood, John Scofield or Joey DeFrancesco can be recognized.
A first listening impression is offered by the EP I'm younger than that now, which is available on all popular streaming platforms.
