Yaelu

Yaelu

Stuttgart-based singer Nuria Noba and Colombian guitarist Natalia Rose form the duo Yaelu together. The two talented musicians combine their individual musical timbres in their joint project and draw on their different cultural backgrounds.

Through their joint songwriting, they express their individual perspectives and their experience of the world in a playful and at the same time demanding way. Yaelu’s sound reflects her intuitive creativity and ability to address collective experiences and social conflicts in her compositions.

The musical identity of the duo is shaped by a mixture of jazz elements as well as influences from hip-hop and pop. Harmonies accompanied by groove, profound lyrics and a special sonic depth make the music of Yaelu an inspiring and moving experience.
