WIGORY
WIGORY
WIGORY (aka Phalanx) combines energetic jazz with influences of rock and free improvisation – melodic, intense and stylistically multi-layered. After successful performances at the Burghausen International Jazz Week and the Herzberg Festival 2024, the band is on tour again in 2025.
The debut album was released by BERTHOLD Records.
„Ein vor Melodien überfließender Jazz, der die Intensität von Rock und freier Improvisation in sich aufgenommen hat.“
– Benjamin Moldenhauer
Line-up :
Mathieu Bech – Klavier, Komposition
Axel Zajac - guitar
Xaver Feest – Kontrabass
Johannes Pfingsten – drums
