Cactus in a Garage

Cactus in a Garage

The cactus in the garage. What sounds like a still life in black and white turns out to be an excitingly colorful soul jazz experience. With the organ in the center of the band, the four young musicians raise their sound with their own compositions into today. They vibrate, indulge and sweat through an energetic and groove-oriented performance that makes intellect and affect dance equally. Inspiration for their music is sought by Larry Goldings, John Scofield and Joshua Redman.

Einen gefährlichen Hüftschwung im Gepäck, tragen sie Ihren Sound aus der Garage voller
alter Cadillacs nun in die Clubs der Welt.

Cactus in a Garage sind:
Lorenz Knauft (sax/fl)
Joel Podolski (git)
Konrad Buschhüter (org)
Lucas Rauch (DR)
