Nujakasha

Hip-Hop · Jazz

“Nujakasha // One name, one sound.

The three-piece band Nujakasha creates ethereal soundscapes and driving beats – entirely instrumental. Drums, bass, piano, synthesiser and violin blend into a sound inspired by hip-hop, jazz and soul.
Rhythmic layers meet danceable grooves, rapid runs meet lyrical melodies. The result: a soundscape full of dynamism, depth and atmosphere – at times hypnotic, at times driving, always unique.

With their first full-length album, the band breaks new ground: instrumental jazz and hip hop are reinterpreted – experimental, emotional and full of joy. Expansive arrangements meet delicate details, organic energy meets electronic spaciousness. Nujakasha consciously ventures out of familiar structures and creates music that brings sonic power and sensitivity into harmony.

A special highlight is the rap feature with NEONE the Wonderer, which adds depth and narrative power to the album.

Nujakasha demonstrate that instrumental music can be far more than mere background music – it is expression, movement, communication.
A sound that builds bridges: between the jazz club and a night out, between complexity and lightness, between mind and body.”
