Markuz Walach
Markuz Walach has been on the road tirelessly for eleven years – from and to everywhere. During this time, the idiosyncratic One Man Band has earned a staggering and constantly growing audience throughout Europe. Most recently he was in the autumn of 2023 as Support Act of the HENRIK FREISCHLADER BAND on a big tour of renowned clubs all over Europe.
For drums and bass, he alienates everyday objects and his acoustic guitar, complemented by blues harp, a souly clear voice and unusual playing techniques. This creates cleverly arranged songs about life that go into the ear and legs. Versatility, humour and emotions make his concerts an experience as extraordinary as his travel and lifestyle: he used to travel by bicycle trailer, today Rolling Stone lives and tours on a bus that is older and louder than himself.
Markuz Walach has been tirelessly rolling from and to everywhere for eleven years. During this time, this unconventional one-man band has won over a steadily growing and amazed audience all across Europe. Most recently, he toured as the support act for the HENRIK FREISCHLADER BAND on an extensive autumn 2023 tour through some of the most renowned clubs in Europe.
For drums and bass, he repurposes everyday objects and his acoustic guitar with no hesitation. Combined with blues harp, a soulful and clear voice, and eccentric playing techniques, he performs cleverly arranged songs about life that stick in your head and move your feet. Versatility, wit, and emotion turn his concerts into a truly unique experience – just like his lifestyle on the road: once traveling with a bicycle trailer, he now lives and tours in a bus that’s older and louder than he is.

Voluntary contribution
Most of our concerts have no fixed admission price. Instead, we suggest a voluntary contribution of around €10 per person.
Our principle: if you have less, give less. If you can give more and want to support live music, you are welcome to be generous. This helps keep culture accessible to as many people as possible.
We collect contributions during the break after the first set or after the concert.
